Out of the box design

I always love to work from the comfort of my home spinning ideas on my Mac accompanied with a well brewed cup of Earl Grey tea standing tall. I would hardly ever dream of trading this snug and congenial ambience for another had I not experienced The Matchbox Cowork.
Actually it began with a WhatsApp photo from my photographer friend, Sabby, followed by a text, "You must come and see this place I am shooting. It is so you!" Not that I rushed in immediately but after having cleared up my schedule I did make an appointment to visit the space.

The Matchbox Cowork blends in the best of working from home, a creative studio and a corporate office. The space is like a chameleon that fuses in with your requirements. Matchbox gets its name from the idea that each individual's idea could spark up someone next to him thus making this flammable space a buzzing hub of like-minded people celebrating creative thinking and collaborative growth.

The working space is smartly divided into four mood zones. The slightly secluded Upper Deck, the community tribe table, a state of the art conference room and a break out zone which is a delightful escape from the mundane.

The highlight of the design is that the furniture layout can be dynamically arranged to suit the requirement of the space. The working space can change its form and turn into a lovely space to host events such as book readings, hobby classes and even business lectures.

The decor is refreshing, the management is welcoming and the design is cheerful. I must say it has tempted me to break out of my comfort work zone at home and head to The Matchbox to explore if I could ignite some more creative sparks into my thought space.
